Alpha Elite

Our Alpha Elite teams are a year long commitment to play in our program. Alpha teams receive an additional practice each week and will play in the MVP league and travel to extra tournaments.

Our philosophy with our Alpha Elite teams are the same as our Bulldogs teams. We still believe in teaching players the tools required to play in High School in the Eastbay. We will still play man to man defense, run a motion offense and index heavily on skill development. That being said, our Alpha teams are for our advanced players and will get exposure to additional travel AAU tournaments. To make the Alpha teams you need to try out and be selected during the Spring session which takes place in February of each year.

Program Details: 

• Work on fundamental basketball skills such as dribbling, passing, shooting, and defense
• We play man to man defense and run a motion offense which are prerequisite skills to play in High School in the East Bay and College
• Develop basketball IQ in a game or team setting-understanding where and when to use particular skills based on the opponent
• Compete against other AAU teams in local and regional tournaments
• Build relationships with other players who share their passion for basketball
• Games will be in the MVP league and traveling to various tournaments in the Bay Area and beyond.
• Practices are three times a week in Pleasanton
